1st Cycle of local workshops
Participants of the training „Dealing with the past to build the future” Merima Skokic, Sandra Markovic, Vesna Huremović and Danijela Cehajic implemented the 1st cycle of local workshops on the topic “Conflict Understanding and Transformation” in Tuzla in the period 23rd September-23rd October 2013.
Workshops gathered 45 young women and girls from Tuzla, of different social and educational backgrounds, and with the aim to increase awareness about the need to understand the basis of conflict prevention and escalation of it on the personal and social levels.
In a positive atmosphere, the participants exchanged their experiences and thoughts on peace-building, and are inspired and motivated to become agents for change in their local community.
